Might try the Pet Waste Digester when we move. It just seems like a lot of poop to throw away and all the plastic bags you use to get rid of it. Will only use it for shrubs and flowers though. Not in the vegetable garden. Also want to make a pallet compost bin since I make too much kitchen waste for my worm bin to keep up.

HI from a fellow April '06 mama! I NEED YOUR BLOG! and am VERY excited to find it! We live in the inner city, so I'm excited to keep up with what you have to share in gardening and such. I actually do have a pallet compost, but it's been taken over by weeds that are like trees! ACK! I always fizzle out when it gets hot.... (((((HUGS))))) sandi

I'm glad you like my new blog. I get most of my ideas from the Diggin in the Earth crowd on MDC if you have time to visit there. Lots of garden talk. Yeah, it's hard to get those compost piles turned when its hot out. I totally understand that. These blogs are certainly good to journal on. So accessible when you need info you wrote about.
