I too am growing Moon & Stars watermelon and I CAN'T WAIT to see how you can tell they're ripe! I look forward to that post.
Well, if you get watermelons on the vine before me look for the tendril nearest the melon. If it has shriveled your melon is ripe or over-ripe if you haven't checked in awhile. ;-)
I'll be looking for those pics too! Assuming I can actually sprout watermelon seeds. I've already had one batch rot in the ground. Stupid weather. ;)
