It's hard to see, but the third one is down there. Very nice.Oh, and I keep forgetting to say where I got these beauties that seem to love the heat. At Peaceful Valley Farm Supply. 3 bareroot artichokes for $9.99. I thought that was a pretty good deal.

These are in half a wine barrel. We are renting and looking to move, so we will move them with us. So, in case you needed a reason to grow them, here it is! I love wine barrels for planting. Planning to get a few more from our friend who works at a winery.
You bought those from Peaceful Valley ? I love them! And now I know that artichokes will grow in this area. I will have to try next year.
